Burpees!
Some of you know I've been partaking in the 100 Day Burpee Challenge since January 1st. A few asked to see a video, so here's one of me doing a set of 20 (well, accidentally 21) today, Day 83 for anyone that's interested.
Also ... is anyone with an office willing to let me burpee in there during the workday while you're not around? I'm half serious ... as I get into the home stretch, I need to utilize every spare minute!

Augmented reality has brought baseball cards back from the dark ages.
You can pop your player out of the card and then play games with him on your (real) desktop.
Pretty F'in sweet.
The video goes on to talk about all other augmented reality this company is doing, and it's pretty impressive.
